Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of projects does ELACTRO take on?

We build AI software, AI agents, web and mobile apps, SaaS products, marketplaces, ecommerce platforms and business systems. We take on projects that need real engineering. If you only need a simple template site, we will tell you so and suggest a simpler option.

How does a project typically start?

It starts with a conversation about your goals, your users, your limits and your timeline. We then agree the scope and write a technical brief. We do not begin the architecture until that brief is agreed with you.

What is your pricing model?

We do not publish a fixed price list, because the cost depends on the scope, the complexity and the timeline. After discovery, we give you a specific estimate in writing. We do not give a price range before we understand your project.

What technologies do you work with?

We use modern, well-maintained tools that fit the problem. Each service page explains the technologies usually used for that type of project. We choose tools based on what your product needs, not on trends.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. We can build a new system from scratch, or work alongside your team to extend or improve an existing one. The working model, such as who writes which code and how decisions are made, is agreed during discovery.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Support after launch is part of our process. It covers monitoring, fixes and planned improvements, and the support scope is agreed before the project starts.

How do I get a quote?

Tell us what you want to build using the contact form or the WhatsApp link on the Contact page. Share the problem, the users and any deadline. We will reply with a clear next step, which may be a discovery call.
