How ELACTRO collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways. First, what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, and project details, entered into the project inquiry form on the Contact page, or just your email if you sign up for our newsletter. Second, what is collected automatically when you visit: Google Analytics records your IP address and general device/browser information to measure site usage (see Section 4). When you submit the contact form, your IP address, browser (user agent) and the page that referred you are also included in the inquiry notification our team receives, to help us judge whether a submission is a genuine business inquiry.
2. How the Contact Form Works
The contact form sends your information directly to ELACTRO's team by email — it is not stored in a database. Submitting the form also sends you an automated confirmation email so you have a record of what you sent. Your information is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry.
3. Newsletter Signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is added to our mailing list (managed by Resend) so we can send occasional engineering updates. You receive a welcome email, and our team is notified of the signup. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and may receive your IP address and general device/browser information. No other analytics, advertising, or tracking cookie is used. See the Cookie Policy page for the full detail, including how to opt out.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
ELACTRO does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with: the internal ELACTRO team responsible for reviewing and responding to inquiries; Resend, the email service provider used to deliver notification, confirmation, and newsletter emails; and Google Analytics, for the usage data described in Section 4. We don't control what these providers do with data beyond what their own policies describe.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions exist as emails in our team's mailbox — there is no separate database copy — and are kept for as long as we need them to respond to and track your inquiry. Newsletter email addresses are kept in our Resend mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. The IP address used to prevent rapid, automated form submissions is held only in short-lived memory (roughly ten minutes) and is never written to a database.
7. Your Rights
You may request information about, or deletion of, any data you have shared with ELACTRO — including a newsletter subscription or a past contact form submission — by contacting us using the details below, or by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. We don't operate a database for this site's forms, which limits what could be exposed if something went wrong: there is no stored password or payment data to protect, because this site never asks for either. Email delivery (contact notifications, confirmations, and the newsletter) runs through Resend, under its own security practices.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. ELACTRO does not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the website's features change. The Effective Date above will be updated whenever this happens.
