This website collects information only when you choose to provide it: your name, email, phone number, company, and project details, entered into the project inquiry form on the Contact page.
2. How the Contact Form Works
The contact form does not submit your information to Fastly's servers and does not store it in a database — Fastly currently has no backend or database for this purpose. Instead, the form formats your entries into a message and opens WhatsApp with that message pre-filled, so you send it directly. Once sent, that message is handled by WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy, not this one.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first, and consent will be requested where required by applicable law.
4. Data Sharing
Fastly does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information you send via the WhatsApp handoff described above is shared only with WhatsApp/Meta, as the platform that carries that message.
5. Data Retention
Because inquiry details are sent via WhatsApp rather than stored by this website, Fastly does not independently retain a copy beyond the resulting WhatsApp conversation.
6. Your Rights
You may request information about, or deletion of, any data you have shared with Fastly directly (for example, via WhatsApp or email) by contacting us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. Fastly does not knowingly collect information from children.
